Once your registration has been submitted, please allow 72 hours for completion.
We would recommend before registering at our practice, that you have a minimum or 1 months' medication available to you to ensure you do not run out. Please attach a photo of your current repeat prescriptions when registering or bring them into the surgery so they can be added to your records.
If you are coming to us from a different country, if you can get a copy of your medical records from your previous practice this would enable the GPs to have your history for our records.
All Patients over the age of 18 years are eligible for a New Patient Check, please contact the reception team once your registration with the practice is complete to book or decline this service.
