Repeat Prescriptions
Text Box: Ordering repeats of your prescription medication is easy. Let us know which medications you require and where you wish to collect them from. We no longer have a dispensary at Towcester. If you wish to collect your prescriptions from Lloyds in the Brook Health Centre (or any pharmacy directly), just let the receptionist know and we will record that information on your records to ensure your prescription arrives in the correct place. You can order a repeat prescription by; Telephone. At Towcester, we are going to trial an enhancement to our prescription ordering service. If you wish to order by phone, call 01327 323 900, then option 2 which will take you directly to Lloyds Pharmacy at the Brook. They will take your order and liaise with us to process the prescriptions. If you wish to collect from Lloyds on Watling Street, then please ring them directly. At Silverstone, the dispensary remains open all the time the surgery is open, and prescriptions can be collected and ordered as before from Silverstone surgery, 01327 857 980. Returning your repeat order form in person or by post (this is the white tear-off part from your last prescription). Tick which medications you require and let us know where you would like to collect your prescription. You will need to register to use this service, please speak to reception to arrange this. Your options for collecting your prescription are; Lloyds chemist at the Brook Heath Centre, Towcester, or at the Health Centre reception if you wish. From the Surgery dispensary in Silverstone Lloyds chemist on Watling Street in Towcester For those patients who live outside of Towcester, we offer a dispensary service from Silverstone. Your medication can be the Silverstone dispensary, and we offer a daily delivery service for the housebound. We no longer have a practice dispensary at Towcester, this work has been taken over by the new Lloyds pharmacy in the building. Text Box: Please allow 48 hours notice for your repeat prescription.
