Mental health

Living Life to the Full is an excellent website that offers Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to the individual over the internet. It’s written by a psychiatrist in Glasgow and supported by the local NHS there. CBT is an evidence-based treatment for depression and anxiety that is commonly used by counsellors and GPs in consultations. You only get out of CBT what you put in, and we suggest that you speak to your GP or nurse beforehand to discuss if CBT is right for you.

Moodgym is an Australian website that’s also popular, recommended by us and free to use. It’s more simple in it’s approach than Living Life to the Full.

No Panic is a charity for those who suffer from panic disorder and anxiety. They offer support and advice over a freephone number.
